In an effort to make it easy for Level Flight students to access support, we will detail 4 great ways to get in touch when you need help!
Message Function
Inside the learning portal, whether it be from the dashboard or from inside a course, you can easily message an instructor to get professional help. Are you a commercial pilot student struggling to understand a topic? Are you a private pilot student that needs to clarify a concept? Help is only a few clicks away! Support Request Button
Another great and easy way to access some support is through our website. From the top menu, you can click the "Students" tab and select the "Student Support" button. This action directs you to a form you can fill out. Here you can detail the nature of our request and even add attachments such as screenshots.
If all else fails, which it likely won't, you can always reach drop us a line at Support@levelflight.ca.
Discussions
The final way to access support involves including other students. Just like in a classroom setting, you can engage with other learners for support. By accessing the discussions tab from the main dashboard you can start a new topic or respond to an existing one. Other students can learn from your questions and you can learn from the ones others had posted before you. Our staff also monitors these discussions and can weigh in with a professional opinion as well.
